Understanding Purchase Order Statuses

Pending Confirmation

After placing a purchase order, your order will be set to "pending confirmation" meaning that is waiting to be confirmed by our system. Depending on order volume and traffic, it could take 5-15 minutes to see this status update.

Ready for Shipment

Once an order has been confirmed, a shipping label is generated and sent to your email. This label is also available in the dashboard under the purchase orders tab. You may also request 4x6 labels by sending an email to [email protected].

In Transit

All orders have tracking tied to the dashboard and can be tracked on the order page, when the order has been dropped off, the status will update to In transit.

Item Received

When the item has been dropped off at our facility, the status will then update to the item received. Typically this is on the morning of the delivery of that package.

Check-In Progress

When we receive your purchase order, the status becomes check-in progress, where all items are opened under the camera, inspected for quantity and quality, and given the Pure Qualified status. If there are discrepancies, we will notify you by email or phone to confirm.

Check-In Complete

After all items have been inspected and delivered in full, the status will change to Check-In Complete, where the items are then sent to accounting to be paid out in full. This process is done in batches, each business day before 4 PM PST.

Order Complete

Once the Order Complete status has been sent, the item has been fully billed and the payment has been scheduled and sent to your intended payment method on file. ACH transfers take 1-2 business days to reflect. Wires take 1 business day to reflect. eChecks take 1-2 Business days to reflect.
